2026年仁爱英语同步练习册九年级英语全一册仁爱版第67页答案
B
Have you ever almost hit someone when opening the car door without first looking carefully? Ju Wenxuan is a 14-year-old student from a middle school with a lot of traffic nearby. She made a new device (装置) to help stop these accidents.
“During busy traffic times, I was in the back of a car, and it was hard to see if it was safe to open the door,” Ju said.
Ju saw that some devices can deal with this problem, but they are usually only on newer smart cars. People can't use them on
their older cars. So Ju made a new tool. People can put it on the car’s rearview mirror (后视镜). When people or cars get close, it sounds a loud alarm before someone pulls the door handle (把手).
Ju also asked people how much they would pay for this tool. Most wanted it to be between 100 and 300 yuan. She thought it was a little expensive for some people. So she worked hard to lower the price. She used as few parts as possible to reduce the cost.
“If my invention becomes popular, it can stop some accidents. It could also help keep kids safe by sounding an alarm if a stranger (陌生人) gets close,” Ju said.
