I go to school five days a week and I have six classes every day. I'm very happy because it's Wednesday today. I like Wednesdays best because we have music and art. I really like my art teacher. We call her Miss Yang. She's kind and helpful. We can always ask her for help. And she always listens to us with care. We laugh and study in her class.
I'm always very busy at the weekend. I always do my schoolwork on Saturday mornings. Then I do sports in the playground, like running and jumping rope. I usually look after my little sister and cook dinner for her on Saturday afternoons because my parents have to work in the evening.
On Sunday mornings, I usually help my mother do some chores. I can tidy my room and wash my clothes. I often take a Chinese lesson with my best friend in the Chinese club in the afternoon. Learning Chinese is so much fun because we like Chinese culture and food very much. We will make dumplings in the Chinese Club this weekend. I'm so excited. On Sunday nights, I sometimes read books or watch movies with my parents at home. I think I have a good work-play balance.
