The sun was shining on the blue water. Ben and Sue were building a sand castle
with Dad on the beach. Suddenly, they heard loud noise coming from behind
some rocks. The two kids climbed onto the rocks and over. They were
so surprised at they saw.
"Penguins! I've never seen penguins on a beach!" shouted Ben. "Shhh!

enough food for their babies. So the government is taking action to stop people
