Recently we did a survey on the breakfast situation of our class, and found that quite a few middle school students have unclear awareness of breakfast health.

Some students only eat very simple breakfast like a cup of sugary drink or a bag of potato chips on the way to school, which can not provide enough nutrition for our body. A few other students even eat too much oily fried food for breakfast, which brings extra burden to their stomach.
To form good breakfast habits, we should make small changes step by step. First, we can get up 10 minutes earlier every day to leave enough time for a proper breakfast instead of skipping it. Second, a healthy breakfast should include different kinds of food: we can have milk or eggs for protein, porridge or whole-grain bread for carbohydrates, and a small amount of fresh fruit to take in vitamins. Third, it is better to sit at the table and enjoy our breakfast gently, rather than rushing to eat it while walking on the road.
A good breakfast gives us a great start of the day. Let's all develop good breakfast habits and be full of energy every day!
