My English teacher, Miss Li, helped me a lot. At first, I was weak in English, especially speaking. I was afraid to answer questions in class. Miss Li noticed this. She talked to me after class, encouraged me to be brave, and asked me to read English aloud every morning. She also helped me with my pronunciation patiently. With her help, I gradually became more confident. I started to take part in class discussions and even won a prize in an English speech contest last term. Now I realize that with the right help and hard work, nothing is impossible. I will always remember her kindness.
