Last year a rainstorm came to a small village. It started early in the morning and lasted for an hour. Many houses were broken. Several people were badly hurt and taken to the hospital. Over two hundred people were homeless after the rainstorm.
A student, Kate, said, "It was terrible. I was helping my mother make breakfast when the rain started to beat heavily against the windows."
"I was eating with my family." A housewife, Jenny said, "I heard a loud noise. A few minutes later, our house fell down. We tried our best to get out of it. We were very afraid but luckily we were safe at last."
