For many people, festivals mean rest and happy family time. But for policeman Zhang Jian, festivals mean more work. He misses many family meals. He is much busier during the busy festival season.
In winter, he walks in the cold winds or helps people in trouble. Sometimes he works long hours without rest. This job means he has little time for his family. But he never regrets being a policeman. Their hard work shines brighter than fireworks.
