July 15th，
Last night，I went mountain climbing in Helan Mountain with my parents. We set off at 8 p.m. The air was cool and the sky was dark with bright stars. At first，I walked fast and felt excited，chatting with my parents about the stars we saw.
As we climbed higher，the road became steep. My legs started to hurt，and I wanted to quit climbing. My dad encouraged me to take slow steps and keep going. After resting for 10 minutes，I tried again. The night wind blew gently，making me feel relaxed. We could hear insects singing around us，which was very nice.
After 2 hours，we finally reached the top. We sat on the rocks and watched the distant lights of the city. The view was amazing. At dawn，we saw the sun rise slowly from the horizon(地平线). The sky turned orange and red，so beautiful.
This night climb was tiring but unforgettable. It taught me that persistence brings success. I hope to come again with my friends.
