My favourite festival

The Spring Festival is also called Chinese
New Year. It is my favourite Chinese
festival because I always have a lot of fun.
At the Spring Festival, I go to my
grandparents' home with my parents, my
uncle and aunt and my cousin. My grandparents always cook a
lot of yummy food for us and we have a big dinner together.
My grandparents also give me and my cousin red packets (红
包). After dinner, the elders (长辈) usually watch TV and chat in
the living room. My cousin and I often play games in the yard
(院子). Everyone has a good time at the Spring Festival.
