Now more and more students like to use digital cameras to take notes in class. They think it is much easier to take pictures of what their teachers write on the blackboard or record what their teachers say in class. But do digital cameras really make taking notes easier?
Not really. Students have to do a lot of things before they can read notes from their digital cameras. First, they have to find a computer. Next, they have to find a printer to print the pictures. At last, sometimes they can't hear the sound from the digital cameras clearly because there is usually lots of noise. They will have to listen to it slowly a few times.
In fact, taking notes by hand is really the most effective way. It can help students remember and understand what they are learning easily. In order to save time, they can choose the most important things or the things they don't understand to write down. They don't have to write down everything in class.
