My favourite natural wonder is the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It is located off the coast of Queensland and is the largest coral reef system in the world, stretching over 2,300 kilometers.
I like it because it is home to thousands of colorful fish and unique marine plants. Snorkeling there feels like entering a magical underwater world. The reef’s beauty and biodiversity always amaze me.
To protect it, we should reduce plastic use to prevent pollution. Also, we need to follow the rules when visiting, like not touching the coral. Governments should limit overfishing and control climate change to keep the reef healthy.
