Hello, everyone. I'm Zhang Peng. Here are my family's habits: Mum and Dad often get up at 6:30 a. m. every day. And I get up at 7 o'clock. We brush our teeth and wash faces first. Then we usually have noodles and fruit for breakfast at 7:20. Mum takes me to school at 7:40 a. m. At school, we exercise between classes. I drink enough water, but Mum doesn't. I don't run in the classroom. After school, I help my parents clean the house. I finish my homework before dinner, and after dinner we read books. I go to bed before 9:00 p. m. Mum and I have three meals a day. I like chicken very much. Mum likes fish and green vegetables. But Dad sometimes doesn't have breakfast. He likes beef and rice. He always checks his phone in bed.
I think good habits help us a lot. We want to keep healthy, so we must have good habits.
