In space, plants can grow faster and bigger without the influence of Earth's gravity(引力). People take the seeds to space and then get them back. Then space vegetables grow fast from these stronger seeds and become bigger and healthier.

Also, space vegetables have much higher yield(产量) than Earth vegetables. That means, space vegetables can help us solve the problem of future food supply and help build a healthier diet.
