At the start of Grade 8, I moved to this school. I was such a shy girl that I seldom took part in any activities. But as the school English party was coming, to my surprise, my English teacher encouraged me to sing an English song. I refused at first. However, after listening to that song, I was deeply touched. I tried to practice day by day. At last, I performed well. How cheerful and surprised I was! Since then, singing has been my favorite thing to do.
Difficulties and challenges are common on our way. However, a little encouragement or a smile can help us face them bravely. With courage and hard work, we can get over them in the end.
