In short, health is very important for us all. All of us should do more useful things to keep healthy.

I don't think Li Lei has a healthy lifestyle. He eats too much meat for three meals every day, and he also often eats junk food like chocolate, chips and hamburgers. He hardly eats any vegetables at all. Besides, he only takes walking to school as his daily exercise, and he always stays up late, which is really bad for his body.
I think he should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, and stop eating too much junk food. Also, he should go to bed early to get enough sleep, and do more sports after school to make himself stronger.
