B
One day a fox ran through a garden, and his stomach made a noise. After a while, he looked up and found that some purple grapes were over his head. "Those will taste sweet," he thought.
He decided to get some grapes but they were very high. So he stepped back, bent his legs and jumped. Paws爪子 reached high, but the grapes were higher. He landed heavily. "Almost," he said to himself. He ran fast and jumped again. His paws just touched a leaf, not a grape.
He tried again and again, but failed every time. His legs were painful and his breath wasn't regular. He sat and looked at the grapes. They seemed to laugh at him. A sparrow麻雀 was on the grape frame架 and ate a grape. "Delicious!" it sang. The fox stood up. "Hmph. They're probably sour酸的," he said. "I don't want them."
He walked off, head high, but his tail drooped低垂. ▲ He just couldn't admit承认 he couldn't reach them.
The fox is too proud to say, "I failed." In fact, it is better to admit it when you can't do something than lie to yourself.

因此选A。
因此选A。
He just couldn't admit he couldn't reach them",说明狐狸只是不愿意承认自己够不到葡萄的事实。
