The All-important Sleep!
As your body starts growing, one of the most helpful things you can do for it is to get enough sleep. You may know that sleep can give you energy. But catching enough sleep also helps to keep you healthy in many other ways. Sleep can help you prepare to learn—that is why you should go to sleep early the night before a big test. 1 Here are some tips for how to get a good sleep:
Keep a routine(惯例).
Go to bed at the same time every night. 2 Brush your teeth, wash your face and get ready to calm down.
Watch less screen(屏幕) before bed.
The blue light from phones won't help you go to sleep even after you turn them down. 3 Pull out the book you are reading or journal(日记) for a calming evening activity.

Every night, put on your soft clothes—cotton ones are usually best. Try to notice how your body feels during the night and make a plan. If you will kick off the blanket(踢掉毯子) because you are too hot, turn on your fan before bed. If your feet always feel like ice, put on your socks to keep them warm.
Start a dreaming journal.
5 Sometimes our dreams are pretty special. The key is to write down what you remember about your dreams as soon as you wake up, or you won't remember them any more. Keep your dream journal close to your bed and start writing the first thing in the morning.
