Friendship is important to everyone.
My best friend is Lucy. She is kind and helpful. She always smiles and likes to help others when they are in trouble. Last term, I hurt my leg and couldn't go to school for a week. Lucy came to my home every day after school. She helped me with my lessons and told me funny stories to make me happy. With her help, I didn't fall behind in my studies. From this experience, I learned that a true friend is someone who cares about you and helps you when you need it most. I will always cherish our friendship.
