level is rising and some animals are moving to new homes. More ocean and less land may be fine for penguins and fish, but it's not good at all for people or other land animals. If the warming gets worse, there may be no more plants or animals, because they can't move to new homes. There may be more storms and floods. The sea level may rise so high that people have to move away. Lots of people will go hungry and many more will have nowhere to live.
It's bad, right? So, what can we do to stop global warming? Everyone can do some very simple things to help stop global warming.
★Turn off the lights when you leave a room.
★ Turn off your computer and TV when you're not using them.
★Take shorter showers.
★ Dress warmly when it's cold instead of turning up the heat.
★Walk as much as possible.
★Plant trees.
