Fans saw purple at the Olympics when athletes(运动员) tried to get good grades at summer's Paris Games. There was a purple Olympic track(跑道) for the first time instead of a traditional red one.
“The look of the Games includes three colours for all the competition places: blue, green and purple. We decided on this purple track with different tones(色调): lighter for the track, darker for the service areas, and grey for the turns at the end of the bend,” said Alain Blondel. The sports manager managing all races in the Olympics. He added that the choice of the colour reminds people of lavender(薰衣草).
The colour of the track stands out from the grey of the seat for audience. This purple colour, never seen before for a track, has been the result of a long process, but it doesn't have to be just beautiful. “We had to work hard on the colours so that they came out in the best possible tones to highlight the athletes. It's a track. It has to be pretty; but more importantly, it's a place for athletes to show themselves,” said Blondel.
Different colours can lead to different emotions and feelings. For example, red makes people feel excited and full of power; blue helps lower stress and worry, while purple shows the feelings of both red and blue, which can help athletes to act at their best and get good results. The best track and field athletes in the world competed on the beautiful track at the Paris Olympics from August 1st to 11th, 2024.

根据第三段“It's a track. It has to be pretty;but more importantly,it's a place for athletes to show themselves”可知,对于跑道而言,最重要的是让运动员展示自己,B 项表述不正确。故选 B。
根据下文“It's a track. It has to be pretty;but more importantly,it's a place for athletes to show themselves”可知,让颜色以最好的色调出现,从而突出运动员,此处“highlight”表示“强调某物/某人,让人们更加关注它”。故选 D。
根据最后一段“while purple shows the feelings of both red and blue,which can help athletes toact at their best and get good results”可知,作者认为紫色包含了红蓝两色的情绪,可以帮助运动员发挥出最佳状态并取得好成绩,由此可推知,作者认为巴黎奥运会的紫色跑道是令人满怀希望的。故选 A。

1. 第34题是判断正误题,首先定位到文中Alain Blondel的所有发言内容,将每个选项和原文表述逐一比对,找出和原文不符的描述即可;
2. 第35题是词义猜测题,先找到划线词所在的上下文逻辑,结合“跑道是供运动员展示自我”的语境,推断出单词的表意,再匹配对应的词典释义;
3. 第36题是作者态度推断题,重点看文末作者对紫色跑道作用的描述,通过紫色能帮助运动员发挥最佳水平的表述,推导作者的态度倾向;
选项A:原文提到Blondel表示这个颜色的选择让人联想到薰衣草,说明薰衣草的颜色是紫色,表述正确;
选项B:原文明确说明“跑道需要好看,但更重要的是它是供运动员展示自我的地方”,说明美观不是跑道最重要的属性,该表述错误;
选项C:原文提到这款前所未有的紫色是漫长研发过程的结果,他们在颜色调整上付出了很多努力,表述正确;
选项A“奥运会使用的颜色”表述过于宽泛,全文核心只围绕紫色跑道展开,没有介绍奥运会所有颜色;
选项B“不同颜色对运动员的好处”只覆盖了文末局部内容,不能概括全文;
选项C“跑道不同紫色的用法”只涉及设计细节,没有覆盖颜色选择的核心原因;
