David Gilliver is a Scottish photographer. He is a very great person. He finished a new project called “Life in Plastic”. What is this project about? He used small models of people and plastic things and he turned these things into beautiful and meaningful pictures.
Throughout 2018, Gilliver was busy working on the project. It took him some days to find bags of plastic things. He found all those next to the beaches on the west coast of Scotland. By using those plastic things, such as bottles and bottle caps, he created different scenes of people’s everyday lives in plastic. The plastic things were useless, so people threw them away. However, they became the houses and entertainment kits (娱乐装备) of the little people in those photos. The photos look interesting and beautiful. When people look at his pictures, they may think about something. However, Gilliver hopes to make people know the importance of protecting the environment after they enjoy his photos.
