In a community in Shenyang, Liaoning, there is a special hair salon(理发店). The owner is 71-year-old Wang Jinlian from Fuxin, Liaoning.
The salon is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., around 10 people come here for service every day. Wang only asks three yuan for each person.
