Have you heard of a kind of tree named hongdoushan? It is a national first-class protected wild plant(国家一级保护野生植物) in China.
Hongdoushan has a history of about 2.5 million years on earth. It is a slow-growing tree that can reach a height of up to about 30 metres. Luckily, efforts are being made to protect hongdoushan. By working to keep this valuable kind of trees alive, we can ensure that it continues to benefit both humans and the environment.
