(Once upon a time, a town mouse visited the countryside and met a country mouse. Fun things happened... )
Scene One The country mouse invited the town mouse to go back home and have dinner together—fresh peas and corn, which were really famous in the countryside. However, the town mouse thought the food was boring and said, “Come to town for delicious food!” The country mouse hesitated for a while, but he thought it was not a big deal so he agreed.
Scene Two They went to the town mouse's house and looked around. In the cupboard(橱柜), there were many different kinds of delicious food like jars of jam, rice, noodles and more. The country mouse was very amazed. Suddenly, the cook came in when they started to enjoy the food. The mice were terrified(恐慌的)and ran to the mouse hole.
Scene Three A few minutes later, the cook left, so they went back to the cupboard and prepared for a meal. The country mouse was mouth-watering. This time, however, a cat ran in. They were in danger again! They tried their best to choose a safe place with even more food—cheeses, fruit, meat... The country mouse saw a cheese, but the town mouse shouted, “Stop! If you keep going, it will catch you.”
Scene Four Finally, the country mouse decided to leave. “I’d rather eat simple food in peace than delicious food with danger,” he said.

50题:定位Scene One,该场景中乡下老鼠提供的食物是fresh peas and corn,对应图片“Only peas & corn?”,故答案为B。
53题:根据Scene Four乡下老鼠的话“I’d rather eat simple food in peace than delicious food with danger”,可知故事寓意是简单安全的一餐比刺激但危险的更好,对应选项C,故答案为C。
