The Qiao Anshan family is a great example of a loving and helpful family. Qiao Anshan, an 85-year-old man, was a good friend of Lei Feng. Lei Feng was a famous Chinese hero who always helped others. After Lei Feng died, Qiao Anshan decided to live his life just like Lei Feng. He also wanted his family to do the same.
In Qiao Anshan's house, there are many photos and books about Lei Feng. He often tells his family stories about Lei Feng. His two sons, Qiao Wei and Qiao Bing, grew up learning to be kind to others. When they got married(结婚), their father gave them Lei Feng's Diary as wedding(婚礼) gifts. Qiao Wei once gave his new coat to a man who was cold. Qiao Bing helps old neighbours with shopping and cleaning.
Qiao Anshan's grandchildren also follow this family tradition. His grandson works hard at his job and helps his workmates. His granddaughter gives talks about Lei Feng to many people. She travels all over China to
share Lei Feng's story.
Qiao Anshan's wife supports him and takes care of the family when he is not at home. The Qiao family shows us that a family should help others and share love. Their story teaches us that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
