A Firefighter's Brave Rescue
It was a normal afternoon when firefighter Anna Reed got an emergency call. A house was on fire, and a family was trapped(被困) inside. She and her team rushed to the scene immediately.
When they arrived, black smoke was coming out of the house. A worried mother shouted that her young son was still inside. Anna quickly put on her equipment and went into the burning building.
It was very hot inside, and she could hardly see anything. Anna heard a weak cough and found the boy lying on the floor. He was not awake. She picked him up and carried him out of the house.
Outside, Anna noticed the boy wasn't breathing. She started CPR(心肺复苏) right away. She pushed on his chest while her partner brought an oxygen mask(氧气面罩). After a minute, the boy coughed and started breathing again. People watching felt relieved(放心的) and happy.
Doctors later said Anna saved the boy's life. When people called her a hero, Anna said simply, "We're trained for this. In emergencies, staying calm and using our training is what matters most."
This story shows how firefighters risk their lives to help others. Their bravery and quick thinking make them true heroes.
Number the events in the correct order(1—4).
