In my free time, I have various activities to relax and learn. I often play video games, watch TV, and sometimes just browse my phone. These could be considered as "junk food" activities because they don't contribute much to my personal growth. However, I also enjoy reading books, playing basketball, and learning new languages, which are definitely "super food" activities.
My favorite "super food" activity is reading books. It helps me grow and learn by expanding my knowledge, improving my vocabulary, and enhancing my imagination. Through reading, I can travel to different worlds without leaving my room and understand various perspectives.
To improve my Leisure (play) Quotient (LQ) in the future, I plan to spend more time on "super food" activities. I will set aside at least one hour every day for reading or learning a new skill. Additionally, I will try to reduce my "junk food" activities by limiting my screen time and finding more productive hobbies. This way, I can ensure that my leisure time is both enjoyable and beneficial for my development.
