Chinese Kung Fu, also called Wushu, has a long and rich history. It began thousands of years ago as a way for people to protect themselves and stay healthy. Ancient Chinese soldiers and hunters used Kung Fu skills for fighting and survival.

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Kung Fu spread across China. Different styles, like Tai Chi and Wing Chun, were created. Kung Fu was not just for fighting—it also became a way to train the mind and body.
Today, Chinese Kung Fu is popular worldwide. People practise it for self-protection, exercise and culture. Movies about Kung Fu, like those starring Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, have made it even more famous.
Kung Fu is not just about fighting—it teaches discipline(纪律),respect and patience. It remains an important part of Chinese history and culture.
