答案

One possible writing:
Last summer vacation, I witnessed a serious health problem when I visited my grandparents in the countryside. One afternoon, I saw a boy riding his bicycle very fast on the narrow village road. Suddenly, he fell off the bicycle and got badly hurt on his arm.
This accident happened mainly because the boy was not wearing a helmet while cycling and he was riding too fast without paying attention to the road conditions.
I immediately ran to him and found that his arm was bleeding. I quickly found a clean cloth from a nearby store and pressed it tightly on his wound to stop the bleeding. Then I called 120 for help and stayed with him until the ambulance arrived.
From this experience, I learned the importance of safety awareness. We should always follow the traffic rules and take necessary safety measures, such as wearing a helmet when cycling, to protect ourselves from getting hurt.
