Dinner time
It's 6 o'clock in the evening. Lily comes home from school. She smells yummy food from the kitchen.
"Mum! What's for dinner?" Lily asks happily.
Mum smiles and says, "Look! We have rice, meat and broccoli today. Do you like them?"
Lily nods, "Yes! I like rice. I like meat too! Broccoli is green and healthy. I like it!"
Then Dad comes in. He says, "I cook eggs and fish for you. And there are noodles in the bowl."
Lily claps her hands, "Wow! I like eggs! I like fish too! Noodles are my favourite!"
Everyone sits at the table. They eat dinner and talk. It's a happy dinner time!
