Last term, I had trouble memorizing English words. I always forgot them soon and felt really upset. Then my English teacher gave me some useful advice. I began to make word cards and spent 10 minutes reviewing them every morning. Besides, I tried to use these new words when I wrote sentences or talked with my classmates. After a few weeks, it became much easier for me to remember words. I also once had difficulty working out math problems. I turned to my deskmate for help, and we often discussed the hard problems together. What's more, I kept a mistake notebook to write down the wrong problems and went over them every weekend. Now I have made great progress in both English and math.
