五、 Hello, everyone. I'm glad to introduce my home to you all.
I live in a flat in a tall building with twenty floors in the city centre. Our flat is on the tenth floor. It is 90 square metres in area. We have a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We also have a very nice balcony.
I like the balcony best because my whole family often chat there after dinner. We would like to share each other's daily life and enjoy the beautiful night view. It's very relaxing.
My home is not very big, but it's really comfortable to live in it with my family. It's a place full of love and happiness.

I'd like to live in a small town. I've lived 40 years in a suburb(郊区)of the big city, and I've worked in the centre of the city for 20 years. It's noisy(吵闹的). You can't really make friends with workmates, because they live on the other side of the city. I spend an hour going to
work by underground, and it takes me 2 hours to get to their place. So it's hard to drop in(顺便拜访)for a coffee and a chat.
The city is a lonely(孤独的)place. It's also a cold place. Everyone is self-centred. The city is full of people who don't care about you.
