Fuchsia Dunlop is a cook and writer from the UK. She travelled to Chengdu and studied there in 1994. And she found her favourite food—Sichuan dishes. "I want to learn more about them," she said. She had lessons about how to make Sichuan dishes and wrote a book about it.
