小结:... first time + sth 表示“第一次做某事”，强调第一次做某事的经历或体验。

小结: 在此类句型结构中， 是句子的形式主语，真正的主语是后面的 to do sth。句型结构是“It + ”。

doing; It; 系动词 + 形容词 + to do sth

1. 观察例句“my first time seeing the sea”“first time cooking”“first time visiting”“first time riding”，可知“first time”后接动词的 -ing 形式。2. 分析句子“It feels great to ride the waves”等，“It”是形式主语，真正主语是“to do sth”，句型结构为“It + 系动词 + 形容词 + to do sth”，系动词如 feels/is 等，此处总结为“系动词 + 形容词 + to do sth”。
