Failure always goes with success. In fact, we can learn a lot from failure. It helps us find out why we failed. Now let me tell you one of my experiences.
In Grade Eight, I took part in an English speech competition in my school but failed in the end. At that time, I was so upset that I totally lost my confidence. After talking with my head teacher, I realized that it was because I didn't get fully prepared and I was too nervous when I stood on the stage. After that, I made up my mind and tried my best to prepare for things well. Finally, with hard work and careful preparation, I won the competition the following year.
As an old saying goes, “Failure is the mother of success.” Facing failure, I'm never afraid and I always try my best. I'm sure as long as we put our heart into the things and keep on working hard, we'll certainly be successful.
