As we all know, our breaks are longer this term. Both teachers and students are very happy about this change.
Among all kinds of exercise during the break, running is my favourite. Running, which I do every break, makes me feel energetic and happy. I can feel the energy from my feet moving up through my body.
Not only does it keep me healthy, but it also helps me make more friends. We talk and share experiences, which helps relieve stress.
I have become more active in class since I started exercising regularly. I’m much healthier and happier than before. Thanks to the big break, I have improved not only my body and mind but also my friendship. How I appreciate it!
