Those who are not outdoorsy pick a more relaxing spring break experience. Going to nearby beaches, shopping and attending local events become common activities for those who prefer to stay closer to home.
Though students don't usually get homework over spring break, many upperclassmen still have busy schedules as they want to focus on personal growth. Students can often be seen to take this time to catch up with schoolwork and prepare for the last days of the school year.
