Huangguoshu Waterfall is one of the most famous waterfalls in the world. It is in Anshun,Guizhou Province. The waterfall is 77.8 metres high and 101 metres wide. It is the biggest waterfall not only in China but also in Asia(亚洲).
The waterfall got its name from a kind of plant there—the Yellow Fruit Tree. Huangguoshu Waterfall is very beautiful and people can hear its sound from far away. Visitors can enjoy the waterfall from different angles(角度)—above,below,front,back,left and right. Because of the rich rain in Guizhou,the waterfall never dries up.
Lots of people go to see the waterfall every year. They can go there at any time,but the best time to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall is from May to October,especially in the rainy season from June to August. At that time,the waterfall is just like a water curtain(帘).

Recently, many places across the country have experienced heavy snowfall, and the snowflakes(雪花) look pretty and cute. Do you like snow? Do you know how snowflakes are made? Let's see a snowflake's life experiences together:
Each snowflake gets to the ground differently. The wind and temperature may change their way and this makes each snowflake different.
①I begin as a speck of dust(一粒灰尘) in a cloud.
②The weather is so cold that water vapour(蒸气) begins to stay on my body. As more and more water vapour gets on me, I get caught in a water droplet(水滴).
③Because it is so cold, the droplet becomes a small six-sided ball of ice.
④As more water droplets join me, I get six arms on each side.
⑤Each arm grows smaller arms of its own as I get bigger and bigger.
⑥Then, I wait while growing until one day the ground is cold enough so that I can come down from the cloud to the ground.
⑦Finally, I get to the ground with many other snowflakes. What a beautiful snowy blanket we make together!
