My favourite festival
My favourite festival is the Spring Festival. It usually comes in January or February. Before the festival, my family and I always go shopping to buy delicious food and new clothes. We also clean our house from top to bottom to welcome the new year. On New Year's Eve, we have a big family dinner. We eat dumplings and watch the Spring Festival Gala together. I can get red packets with lucky money from my parents and grandparents. On the first day of the Spring Festival, we visit our relatives and say "Happy New Year" to them. Everyone has a big smile on their face. I love the Spring Festival so much because it's a warm and happy time for the whole family.
