The First Time to Swim
It is a hot summer day. The sun shines and shines. Everyone feels hot. Some of my friends go to swim in the swimming pool. It is fun.

I want to go swimming, but I can't swim. My dad and brother invite me to go with them. They want me to learn how to swim. It's my first time to swim. I feel so excited.

I put on the swimsuit. When I see the people swimming in the swimming pool, I want to swim very much. So I make up my mind to learn to swim today!
At first, I can't swim at all. My father is very patient. He encourages me and teaches me how to swim. Though it is hard for me to swim, I don't give up! My father teaches me how to breathe in the water first. Then he throws me into the deepest part of the swimming pool. I am so afraid! I try to swim. After a moment, my father helps me back out of the water. Three hours later, with the help of my father, I can swim by myself. Although I can't swim very well, I am very happy. Swimming is a lot of fun!
