To practice listening skills, I often listen to English podcasts. They cover a wide range of topics and have different accents, which helps me get used to various English expressions. Also, watching English movies with subtitles at first and then gradually removing them can improve my listening ability. To pick up new words, I make use of vocabulary apps. They have interesting ways to teach and test new words. Besides, I keep a vocabulary notebook. Whenever I come across a new word, I write it down with its meaning and an example sentence.
