I think eating healthy food is very important.
It can keep us from being ill and help us live a happy life. We need different kinds of food to keep healthy. Meat and fish can make us strong. Rice,bread and noodles can provide us with energy. We also need some vegetables and fruit,such as carrots,cabbages,apples and oranges. For breakfast,I often have beef noodles and milk. They give me enough energy to start the day. Besides,I try to eat more vegetables and fruit. I drink 6-8 glasses of water every day. Eating healthy food becomes my good habit.
