Last month I had a health problem and had to see a doctor. After looking me over, the doctor said to me, "Your health isn't too bad. But you must exercise often and have healthy food every day."
In fact, I was a lazy person. I never got up early to exercise. I often ate junk food because I liked it, and I drank little water. In order to (为了) be healthy, I decided to change (改变) my habits.
Now I get up at 6:00 a.m. every day. Then I go out to run for about an hour. I go to a gym on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, and I hardly eat junk food. I eat healthy food, like milk and fish.
