Around 60% of people will experience a bloody nose in their lifetime. Having a bloody nose can make some people nervous, but in most cases, nosebleeds are not serious and easy to stop. You probably already know how to stop a bloody nose right away, but it’s important to do it properly and safely.
Always sit up straight when your nose is bleeding, and never lie on your back. One of the biggest mistakes in first aid is that you lean(倾斜) back with a bloody nose, but the best thing to do is leaning forward.
