# My Favorite Food: Tomato and Egg Stir-fry
Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about my favorite home dish, tomato and egg stir-fry.
It looks bright red and golden yellow, the soft eggs mix with juicy tomato pieces. It smells sweet and fresh as soon as you take the lid off the pan. When you take the first bite, it tastes a little sour, a little sweet, and the eggs are fluffy and soft. It feels warm and cozy every time I eat it.
If you want to make it at home, here is the easy recipe:
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 3 eggs, a little salt, sugar and cooking oil.
Steps:
1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Put a little oil into the hot pan, pour the eggs in and fry them for 2 minutes, then take the eggs out.
3. Put the tomatoes into the pan, fry them until they turn soft and give out juice.
4. Put the fried eggs back into the pan, add a little salt and sugar, mix them well, then it is done!
This dish is not special at all, but it is the first dish my grandma taught me to cook last summer. Every time I eat it, I remember the smile on grandma's face when I finished my first try. It is full of the warm love from my family, that's why it is the most delicious food in my eyes.
