It's cold in winter. The wind is roaring. Snowflakes are dancing in the sky.

But inside, the house is filled with warm and soft light. After reading a story book, Tom goes to bed.

Now he is having a dream. In his dream, he is in the desert. He walks under the sun, so he feels very hot. He's so thirsty that he looks for a drink. But after a long walk, he can't find any water.

He feels so sad. It's getting dark. He's too tired to walk. He's very sleepy and he falls asleep.

When he wakes up, he feels hot and finds himself in bed.

Tom: I don't feel well, Mum.
Mum: You look ill. How are you feeling now, Tom?
Tom: I have a headache. My throat is sore.
Mum: (Touch Tom's forehead) Oh! You have a fever. Let's go to the hospital!
