MBTI（迈尔斯-布里格斯性格分类指标）is a personality test（性格测试）. All of the results have four letters, and there are 16 results in total. "I" refers to "introverted"（内向的）and "E" refers to "extroverted"（外向）. Many people in China are crazy about it now.

When you take a personality test, you may think, "Oh, that's me." That's because the descriptions are generic（通用的）.They can be used to describe many people. So, don't take it too seriously.
Many people find the test helpful. It groups people into 16 types. So they can make decisions more quickly.
"I'm an 'E person'. I should go to the party and make more friends." "I'm an 'I person'. I'd like to work by myself. I could be a writer in the future." They may think like this. But there are also problems. Some people take the test for a second time and get different results. Some people find it hard to answer some questions. "I like watching TV by myself. But I also enjoy playing with my friends. Am I an 'I person ' or an 'E person '? "
Personalities can change over time and are not black or white, scientists say. Don't label（贴标签）yourself!
