One day in July 2020, Halli was hanging around the city's main shopping street with his family. During their walk, his son was thirsty and wanted a drink from a store. But Halli soon found he couldn't help with this because a 20-cm step got in the way.
Born with muscular dystrophy(肌肉萎缩症), Halli, now 46, has been using a wheelchair since age 25. As he waited outside the shop, he thought about all the times he couldn't join his family or friends at places where his wheelchair couldn't get in.
