Lauren Singer is a green person. She has produced almost no waste in the past two years. She is trying her best to reduce waste.
There was a moment that brought Lauren to do so. “One of my classmates in the college often brought food packaged(包装) in plastic bags to class. She threw a lot of trash,” Lauren said. “I wanted to be a green girl, not the plastic girl like her! So I made the decision to eliminate all plastic from my life.”
