On May 6th，2025，the fourth part of the World Snooker(斯诺克)Championship final ended，making a historic moment for Chinese sports.
Zhao Xintong，a 28-year-old Chinese player，has become the first Asian to win the World Snooker Championship. He beat the 50-year-old Mark Williams with a total score of 18∶12，becoming a national hero in China. This victory not only ended China's 20-year wait for a championship in this sport but also helped an Asian player reach the top position in the sport for the first time. When Zhao Xintong walked around the sports hall with the Chinese national flag hanging over his shoulders，the spotlight(聚光灯)at the Crucible Theatre shone on an Asian player for the first time. As Ding Junhui said，“Tonight's starlight belongs to all Chinese fans who have been waiting for this moment!” Jason Ferguson thinks Zhao will take snooker to “another level” because he is young，talented，and speaks both English and Mandarin(普通话). Zhao said he was proud of himself and hoped his win could give children in China confidence to try. He said Chinese players could do great things in the future.
Snooker is very popular in China. The country has over 300，000 snooker clubs. Now Zhao is seen as a superstar，and many think he will inspire a new generation of players. His win can also help change the way the sport is seen and supported in China.
1. What score did Zhao Xintong use to beat Mark Williams?
2. How did Zhao Xintong celebrate his victory with the Chinese national flag?
3. Would you like to learn to play snooker? Why or why not?
